This Privacy Policy explains how the CarpNavX Android application (“CarpNavX”, “the App”) processes information when you use it.
CarpNavX is a fishing navigation application developed by Imre Creative Studio. The App helps users save fishing locations, baiting spots, lakebed points and sonar-surveyed areas, and provides navigation and route statistics.

CarpNavX requests access to your approximate and precise location while you are using the App.

Saved coordinates and route-related information are stored locally on your device. Imre Creative Studio does not operate a server that receives or stores your saved fishing locations.
The App uses the Mapbox Maps SDK to display maps. Mapbox may automatically receive de-identified location and usage information when map and location features are used. Mapbox provides telemetry information and an opt-out option through its map attribution controls.

This information is used only to provide the App’s functions. You can delete saved points and related information inside the App. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored application data, subject to Android backup and device-transfer settings.
Depending on your Android and Google account settings, some locally stored application data may be included in Android backup or transferred to another device. Such backup and transfer functions are controlled by Google and your device settings.
CarpNavX uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality and reliability.

CarpNavX does not intentionally send the names, notes or precise coordinates of your saved fishing locations to Firebase Analytics.
Google may process technical information such as device identifiers, app-instance identifiers and IP-address-derived general location information according to its own privacy policies.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, Google settings and device settings.
Advertisements are disabled for Premium users. Advertising may also be disabled in specific testing versions of the App.
CarpNavX may offer a Premium purchase through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Imre Creative Studio does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details.
The App receives only the information necessary to verify the purchase status, activate Premium access and restore previous purchases. Purchase processing is subject to Google Play’s terms and privacy policies.
If you contact Imre Creative Studio by email, we receive the email address, message and any information that you voluntarily provide.
This information is used only to respond to your request, provide support or handle a legal obligation. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

The App does not request background-location permission and processes GPS location only while the App is being used.

Because most fishing and navigation information is stored only on your device and is not connected to a user account, Imre Creative Studio may not be able to identify or remotely retrieve that locally stored information.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed through the App.
No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. Users should protect their devices with suitable security measures and avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into fishing-location names or notes.
CarpNavX is not specifically designed or directed toward children under the age of 13 or the applicable minimum age in their country.
